LANScope is a simple multithreaded scanner for investigating local networks and their access rights. The software is interesting and useful because it replaces the standard Windows Explorer in terms of searching folders (files) and not only. That is why the application will be useful for many users, including newbies.
It is considered a more accessible and concise alternative to InSSIDer. The main task of the program is to scan the network in a specified range of addresses and determine the availability of resources (writing, reading). But there are other features we should talk about as well.

Features of LANScope Portable
We repeat, the software has an integrated grid search and allows scanning remote devices for installed services (ftp, http).- High speed analysis + scan NetBios, FTP, HTTP resources;
- Network monitoring by mask and other criteria;
- Work with the saved device lists;
- compatible with LanSpy, LanSend and LanShutDown;

It is very simple to use the utility. First of all we remove the IP addresses we have been given as an example. We go to "Settings", where the ranges we need are located. We add them one by one by using the right mouse button. We click "Start scanning".
We shouldn't talk about our final recommendations when everything is already clear. This software is not obligatory for all PCs, but it can save you time and nerves.
